A master’s in public health has specific admission requirements which generally include a bachelor’s degree in related fields (health, medical, nursing, biology or life sciences). Depending on the school or program chosen, it may be required that prospective students have a designated amount of time working in a professional, health-related work environment: in schools such as Tsinghua University students also need to have at least two years’ work experience in public health or related fields.
